Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your design. Here is when a refund applies and how to ask for one.

1. Our commitment
If we cannot deliver work that matches your brief, we will first try to put it right through the revisions included in your package. If that does not resolve it, you may request a refund under the terms below.
2. When you can request a refund
- You request it after receiving the initial concepts and before approving a final design.
- We have not delivered the initial concepts within the delivery time stated for your package and you no longer wish to proceed.
- The delivered work does not follow the brief you submitted and revisions have not resolved it.
3. When a refund does not apply
- You have approved the final design or received the final source files.
- You have not responded to our messages for 30 days or more after concepts were delivered.
- You changed your mind about the business, name or direction after work was completed to the original brief.
- The request relates to add-on or rush fees for work already delivered.
- The order was for a website and development has already been completed and handed over.
4. Bundles and multiple services
For packages that include more than one service, a refund applies only to the parts that have not been delivered and approved.
5. How to request a refund
Send a request through our contact page with your name, the email used for the order, your package and the reason for the request. We review every request and reply within 2 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. After a refund, the rights to all concepts and designs for that order remain with DesignGigantic and they may not be used.
